Launching their new smartphone at the Mobile World Congress 2017 in Barcelona, Gionee has set out again to give consumers the convenience of opting for smartphones with great specs at a reasonable price range. Tele Talk Pvt Ltd, distributors of Gionee mobiles in Nepal informed their latest addition A1 will be launched on March 15 in the Nepali market and will also be available for pre-booking for a week from the same day.

After receiving great response from consumers for S6s and the Marathon series, Gionee came up with the super combination of both and created the A1 as an upgrade with added features. It has a stylish, smooth design along with an upgraded camera and enhanced features such as 18W dual core fast charge and super power saving mode. The smartphone has a sleek design that compliments the 5.5-inch FHD display screen. Weighing only 177.4 grams, the unique selling point for the sturdy smartphone is the combination of its great camera and powerful battery.

Its 5.5-inch FHD display screen is backed up by a powerful 2 Ghz octa-core processor, a 3GB RAM and 64GB internal memory, which is expandable up to 128GB. The 13MP AF SONY258 rear camera is assisted by a 16MP front HD camera. Along with general features, the A1 adds the cherry on top with its innovative selfie-camera equipped with selfie flash and a flash cover exclusively customised with 4-unit sensor technology for low-light conditions as well. The A1 ensures clear and vivid images with its 5P lens which is an upgrade from previous models.

The phone is backed up by a 4010mAh battery and does not require frequent charges appropriate for people on the go. The device supports 4G LTE and is equipped with a front fingerprint identifier allowing ease of access with added privacy. With an inbuilt Infrared Remote, you can now control other electronic devices. Gyroscope, Gravity sensor, Light sensor, Proximity sensor and Hall sensor are some of the additional features. Further adding convenience you can now split your screen and multitask with the A1.
The dual SIM phone runs on the latest Android 7.0 and is available in gold, grey and black and priced at Rs 35,000.
